Mandan, N.D., approves camper ordinance

(Nov. 21, 2012) -- On Tuesday, the Mandan City Commission gave final approval to an ordinance that bans living in campers within city limits unless the occupants pay a $200-per-month city permit fee and meet safety and health standards set by the city, reports the Bismarck Tribune.
