Louisiana park hosts tongue cook-off

(Nov. 19, 2012) -- Tongues were boiling, simmering, stewing and frying at the second Annual Beef Tongue Cook-Off beneath the trees at Lakeview Park, just north of Eunice, reports the Opelousas Daily World.
