Colo. man cannot live in RV on property, says court

(Nov. 14, 2012) -- The Valley Courier writes that Alamosa County land use regulations were upheld in a recent case between the county and 59-year-old Leon Moyer, who the county said was living in an RV on his Deer Valley Meadows property.
