CA: Businesses upset over Oceano Dunes closure

(Feb. 16, 2017) -- President's Day weekend is usually filled with sunshine and lots of tourists hitting the beach. This year will look a little bit different. Camping at Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area is canceled Wednesday through Monday.
