British Columbia: RV park homicide victim identified

(Feb. 15, 2017) -- RCMP have identified the victim of Kamloops' first homicide of 2017. He was 26 year old Cody Foster of Kamloops. RCMP say Foster was killed Saturday night at an RV park in the 9000-block of Dallas Drive.
