ID: State tax funds pay less than 10% of budget

(Feb. 10, 2017) -- State general funds for Idaho’s state Department of Parks & Recreation are down to less than 10 percent of the department’s budget, Director David Langhorst told the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee on Thursday.
