UPDATE: Alabama park — will have — beer at the pier

(Nov. 8, 2012) -- The Gulf State Park Pier in Alabama was denied a liquor license this week after the city council split on the issue, but a park official told AL.com that’s a minor setback in an overall plan to improve the beachgoers’ experience there.
