N.Y.: Inner Tube Regatta plans sail ahead

(Feb. 7, 2017) -- Kevin Clark, the owner of Trout Run Campground in Stannards, recently conducted a meeting with those interested in helping him bring back the regatta, a popular event here from the early '60s into the mid-'80s.
