Idaho man pleads guilty to destruction of property

(Nov. 7, 2012) -- The Republic reports that on Monday, 48-year-old William Allen Hurlbut, of Salmon, pleaded guilty to destruction of government property for using a federal campground to burn coating off copper wire, which caused elevated levels of lead in the ground.
