MD: Employee never missed work, befriended campers

(Jan. 30, 2017) -- Bowen died Monday, Jan. 23 at the age of 73, but not without leaving a legacy that stands as a testament to the workers behind the scenes who keep the coastal park running. Bowen was responsible for maintenance of bathhouses on the property, supervising a staff of 10 employees from April through October.
