Is Williston, N.D., prepared for a natural disaster?

(Nov. 5, 2012) -- Williston Mayor Ward Koeser said city officials are used to dealing with snow, but if a blizzard caused a major blackout, there could be some problems, and those problems would only be magnified by the temporary housing used by many workers in the area, reports KFYR-TV.
