Man who carried an AK-47 into a Tenn. park appeals

(Nov. 2, 2012) -- The Associated Press is reporting that the man detained in a Nashville park with an AK-47-style pistol across his chest and a loaded 30-round clip is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to hear his case.
