Boundary dispute could cost Ark. woman

(Nov. 1, 2012) -- In 2000, Julie Williams built the Opera House in Hot Springs as a haven for artists, but for the past five and a half years, she's been battling the National Park Service over the boundary that divides her backyard and Hot Springs National Park, reports KARK.
