ON: Campground owner protests over hydro cost

(Jan. 16, 2017) -- Pat Cottrell says the cost of hydro for her Saugeen Cedars Family Campground near Hanover has more than doubled in the past two years. Her Hydro One bills for 11 months in 2016 – she's still waiting for her December bill – totalled just over $35,200.
