Campgrounds surrounded by water in small N.Y. town

(Nov. 1, 2012) -- ErieTVNews reports that as of Wednesday, the lake level in the Chautauqua County community of Bear Lake was six feet higher than normal, and two campgrounds were surrounded by high water.
