AZ: Parks department heads up safety, first aid class

(Jan. 13, 2017) -- Havasu’s dusty trails and desert landscape beckon to visitors and outdoors enthusiasts during the winter and spring, with boaters following in the summer. The draw of nature has made Havasu one of Arizona’s most successful tourist attractions for the past 40 years, and has led to trouble for some of Havasu’s intrepid adventurers.
