B.C.: Tax leap too much for private campgrounds

(Jan. 11, 2017) -- The Okanagan’s limited supply of private campgrounds could further shrink as a result of a federal tax change. Owners say the viability of their businesses is threatened by the prospect of a federal tax hike on their income from 15 to 50 per cent.
