WA: Commission approves St. Edward Seminary lease

(Jan. 10, 2017) -- The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission unanimously approved a motion directing State Parks Director Don Hoch to sign the McDonald property exchange and 62-year St. Edward Seminary lease agreements with Daniels Real Estate of Seattle.
