CA: Man arrested in swat team standoff

(Jan. 5, 2017) -- Johnson, of Oroville, was wanted for domestic violence, kidnapping and false imprisonment charges. BCSO SWAT team responded to the 100 block of Fairhill Drive in Oroville, where Johnson was reported to be residing inside a motorhome and was refusing to come out.
