Allison Transmission reports 14 percent decrease in net sales

(Oct. 30, 2012) -- Yesterday, Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. reported net sales for the quarter of $494 million, a 14 percent decrease from the same period in 2011. Net Income for the quarter was $32 million, compared to a net income of $39 million for the same period in 2011, a decrease of $7 million.
