Spartan reports net loss of $0.3 million

(Oct. 30, 2012) -- Spartan Motors, Inc. today announced operating results for the third quarter of 2012. Revenues totaled $112.9 million compared to $120.3 million in the third quarter of 2011. Spartan reported a net loss of $0.3 million for the third quarter of 2012, or ($0.01) per diluted share compared to net income of $3.2 million, or $0.10 per diluted share in the third quarter of 2011.
