IN: RV fire started by candle displaces woman, dogs

(Jan. 2, 2017) -- An unattended candle caused a fire early Tuesday on Seavey Loop Road near Goshen that heavily damaged a fifth-wheel recreational vehicle and temporarily displaced a woman and her three dogs.
