Georgia parks director looks to promote Chatt-Bend

(Oct. 30, 2012) -- The director of Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites was in Coweta last week for a site visit at Chattahoochee Bend State Park and spoke of the state's goal to make its parks self-sustaining, reports the Newnan Times-Herald.
