S.D.: Ice rink in campground ready for skating

(Dec. 15, 2016) -- Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Superintendent Keith Hepper said that the rink was flooded with approximately 15,000 to 20,000 gallons of water last week during the cold temperatures and opened Friday evening.
