Police officer, citizen cleared in Texas RV park shooting

(Oct. 26, 2012) -- An investigation into a murder at the Peach House RV Park in Early has come to an end, writes KTXS. A Brown County grand jury has returned no bills for Early Police Sgt. Steven Means and Early citizen Vic Stacy.
