OR: Fee proposed to reopen Scaredman Campground

(Dec. 8, 2016) -- The Bureau of Land Management's Roseburg District Office is proposing to begin collecting fees for overnight camping at the Scaredman Recreation Site in Douglas County for the 2017 camping season.
