Alberta: Charges against mother of drowned child case

(Dec. 1, 2016) -- A stay of proceedings was entered Wednesday in an Edmonton court case where a woman was charged in connection with her three-year-old son’s fatal drowning at Mink Lake RV Park and Campground.
