PA: Man flips camper with wife inside on purpose

(Nov. 25, 2016) -- A Pennsylvania man was charged with domestic assault and domestic abuse vandalism this week after he allegedly used a “skid-steer” loader to flip a vehicle onto its roof and then moved a camper off its foundation while his wife was inside it.
