Alleged W.Va. camper burglar arrested

(Oct. 23, 2012) -- Dennis Lilly of Eccles, the man accused of breaking into 29 campers parked near Lake Stephens last week, was arrested before the victims even knew they were ripped off, reports WVNS-TV.
