TX: Man shot, killed at RV park over barking dog

(Nov. 22, 2016) -- The Kerr County Sheriff's office says Benjamin Pierce came here to the Crazy Horse RV park around 9 Thursday night, he went up to Donald Ballard's trailer, firing multiple gun shots at it and killed Ballard. Then he walked about 100 feet to the owner of the RV park's trailer and lit it on fire.
