LA: Man alleges Pinacle RV is defective

(Nov. 15, 2016) -- Jeffrey S. Ritchie filed a complaint on Oct. 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana against Jayco of Indiana, Hope's Camper Corner and Iberia Bank alleging that they violated the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and other counts.
