Ontario: Car smashes into tree at Kelso Campground

(Nov. 15, 2016) -- A section of the Eddie Sargent Pkwy. in Owen Sound was closed for several hours early Monday morning because of a single-vehicle crash. Emergency services personnel responded to a call around 2:35am after a car smashed into a tree in the 1700-block.
