Cummins declares quarterly common stock dividend

(Oct. 16, 2012) -- The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. today declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of 50 cents per share, payable on Dec. 3, 2012 to shareholders of record on Nov. 23, 2012.
