New Zealand: Holiday weekend test for camping bylaw

(Oct. 21, 2016) -- This weekend Waitaki District Council in New Zealand brought its responsible freedom camping bylaw into effect with newly-erected signage and several enforcement officers patrolling the district's hot-spots.
