Winds shut down Roseburg, Ore., campgrounds

(Oct. 18, 2016) -- The Bureau of Land Management, Roseburg District, has temporarily closed all campground facilities on the District due to high winds and heavy rain conditions forecasted for the next several days. The closure is effective immediately.
