Campground owner told to restore camper’s electricity

(Oct. 12, 2016) -- Police were called to Tuesday night’s Board of Health meeting as Massachusetts' Webster Family Campground owner Michael Finamore denied shutting off a camper’s electricity by turning off breakers.
