Ohio campground tenant charged with possession

(Oct. 12, 2016) -- Joel Harper, of Vicksburg, Miss., was charged with a felony count of possession of drugs and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug abuse instruments following an incident at A&E Campground, 3299 State Route 540, Bellefontaine, Ohio.
