Beaten, shot dog recovering in Calif.

(Oct. 9, 2012) -- Frankie, the dog found by campers at Sugar Pine Reservoir in Foresthill after he had been beaten and shot in the face, is slowly recovering and is full of life now, reports CBS Local.
