Campground reservations need to change

(Oct. 4, 2016) -- "Imagine our surprise when we found every campsite reserved … but unoccupied. Strange. We went to the next site. About a half-dozen campers occupied the “first come, first served” sites. All the sites set aside for reservations were reserved and unoccupied."
