Long Beach, Calif., to crack down on RV parking

(Oct. 4, 2016) -- City officials are eyeing a new law that would bar RVs, trailers and other oversized vehicles from parking overnight on city streets without a permit. It would also tighten restrictions on how long these vehicles could be parked before being cited.
