Wells Fargo acquires GE Capital’s CDF Business

(Oct. 4, 2016) -- Wells Fargo and Company announced today it has completed the purchase of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) segment of GE Capital’s Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF) business.
