Jury denies request to rezone for RV Park in Vinton

(Sept. 23, 2016) -- On Tuesday, the Vinton, La., Planning and Zoning Board voted 5-4 to recommend the roughly seven acres be rezoned from General Commercial to Recreational Vehicle Park to allow for 30 RVs.
