Zumbro River floods Minn. RV park

(Sept. 23, 2016) -- Roughly 70 campers near Zumbrota were inundated by flood water on Thursday morning after a series of recent downpours pushed the North Fork Zumbro River to a record level. Nobody was injured, but many suffered significant losses.
