Attorney comments on court decision in favor of park ranger

(Oct. 1, 2012) -- Chattanooga, Tenn. Attorney Lee Davis says in Embody v. Ward that the court clearly felt little sympathy for a man who worked hard to appear suspicious, and he cannot later complain because park rangers took the bait.
