RVs banned from popular Santa Barbara boulevard

(Sept. 28, 2012) -- For years, recreational vehicle owners have enjoyed parking along Cabrillo Boulevard in Santa Barbara, Calif., to see the waterfront. But now if they do so, they will get a ticket, writes KEYT.
