Airxcel aqcuires MCD Innovations

(Sept. 1, 2016) — Airxcel Inc. announced the acquisition of MCD Innovations, manufacturer of specialty roller shades for RV and commercial industries, effective Sept. 1. MCD will operate as a division of Airxcel and continue to manufacture product in their current Texas facility.
