Couple alleges they purchased defective motor home

(Aug. 25, 2016) -- Nikki and Daryl Romano filed a complaint on Aug. 15 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against the Forest River, Dennis Dillon RV and Does 1-10 alleging that they violated the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
