Courtenay, B.C. pauses lawsuit against campground

(Sept. 20, 2012) -- According to a report in the Comox Vallety Record, the City of Courtenay, B.C. announced today that council has agreed to a six-month delay on court action to enforce the zoning bylaw regarding land use at the Maple Pool Campground.
