Camper fire, others in Barr Township, Pa. related

(Aug. 4, 2016) -- A Barr Township, Pa., camper fire in July has been ruled an arson. And the state police fire marshal investigating the blaze said Thursday it's one of at least four – perhaps as many as seven – related and intentionally set fires in the area over a five-month span.
