Rules improve conditions at Island Park campground

(July 14, 2016) -- At the regularly scheduled Adel City Council Meeting on July 12 at City Hall, Parks and Recreation Director Nick Schenck was on hand to give an update on the Island Park Campground in Adel, Iowa, and the improvements he has seen this year since they have adopted a new set of rules.
